The Purpose Of This Blog

I have created this credit crunch beating blog for two purposes
  1. Firstly I want to provide a record of my efforts to save money and to Find new ways to make money. showing that I am in the same boat as millions of other people all around the world who is doing all they can to stay afloat
  2. And lastly I would like to help people who are fighters like me and are determined not to let the the evil banks and government ( one and the same?) get the better of them.
I want to fight back I will find every nook and cranny that I can save money and more importantly make the stuff.
I'm going to squeeze every tea bag find every grant go through every business until life begins to get easier.
MAKE NO MISTAKE WE ARE AT WAR AND we the general public are the underdog we are going to need to be brave and cunning if we are to come out on top

Right that's my deceleration. In tomorrows blog I will show you how I'm going to make a start on some money saving ideas

About the rebel

Well I decided to write a blog.
So who am I? Well I'm just like you I will give you a quick round up.
Started life in a hospital in North Wales where my dad was based in the RAF. I spent most of my growing up years being moved around the world being dragged along with the rest of my large family ( I'm the youngest of 5 siblings).
As a teenager things settled down and I made a decision that I wanted to continue traveling as a career so I had to be an airline pilot(seemed like a good idea at the time!) so I directed my ambition to this I knew what I wanted and what I needed to get there I got through school with the bare minimum and started working as I realized that to be a pilot, money was the key.
I wont bore you with the details but by the time I was 24 and £40,000 later I had a shiny frozen ATPL ( airline transport pilots license) during that time I also met and married my lovely wife.
I got my break in a freight company but I was forced to cut my career short due to family health, and I realised family is the most important thing.
Next I started my own business based around investing in bricks and mortar from all four corners , I took chances some worked out some not so much, but at the beginning of this year I jumped away from it the CREDIT CRUNCH was starting to hit and hit hard.
I set up a company involving trade in the middle east but it is slow going and certainly wasn't going to pay the bills or help cover the mortgages on my buy to lets which were starting to bite me.
So needs must I returned to the work force for some reliable money, which is where I am now for all my sins.
That's a brief rundown of my life good and bad. Next post WHATS THE POINT OF THIS BLOG ?
